Situated close to many restaurants and attractions, here guests can experience our beautiful town with it’s historic buildings, blue mountains and old oak trees. This 180 year old Victorian house has been renovated, but has kept much of it’s former historic character. The late Sir Henry Battenburg arrived in the Cape in 1850 and lived with his wife in the house on the main road. His signage can still be seen on one of the windows. Now the doors of this house is open for guests to enjoy a pleasant bed and breakfast experience. The clean fresh air of our beautiful surrounds will ensure a well rested body and mind. Guests can lounge at the pool area, relax under the trees, canopies, umbrellas or one of the many quiet spots on the front terrace. We focus on detail, to make our guests feel comfortable and at home. Each one of the 6 en-suite rooms is decorated with care.
